About This Project

In this project, our team took on an older home with outdated landscaping and replaced it with a modern landscape. To start, we ripped out the old landscape and pavers and installed a wider walkway and porch. Then, we planted two columnar European hornbeams to frame the front of the house. We designed the rest of the front with boxwoods, yews, hydrangeas, Japanese forest grass, and nepeta to give the house year-round color. In the back, we outlined the patio with boulders on each corner and added cobblestone around the sewer drain. The plantings in the backyard consisted of coral bells, hydrangeas, feather reed grasses, and allium. We then installed arborvitaes to the side fence for privacy. Finally, we installed drip line irrigation, sod, and landscape lighting to finish off the project. Altogether, this project completely transformed the curb appeal of this house and gave our clients a new landscape that will be great for years to come.
